Our Produce

Kibò Farm is an internationally recognized and certified organic farm which exports fine organic products around the world. The farm follows the CEE regulation 2080/91 for wholly organic agriculture, and has been awarded the denomination DOP Val di Mazara. Though perhaps most famous for its extra virgin organic olive oil, Kibò Farm produces a variety of organic foods and operates all year round.

MAJOR CROPS:
    - Olives (3700 trees, 12 hectares): mid-October harvest
    - Walnuts (20 hectares): October harvest
    - Wheat: summer harvest

PRODUCE GROWN FOR LOCAL CONSUMPTION:
    - Fruits: Melons, Pomegranates, Prickly Pears, Apricots, Dates, Mulberries,
    - Vegetables: Broccoli, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Zucchini, Aubergine, Celery, Onions
    - Herbs: Rosemary, Sage, Laurel, Parsnip, Basil, Chili, etc.
    - Other: Almonds, Lentils (a Vallelunga specialty)
